For the last several years, we have partnered with gracious apartment managers in Clarkston to work among the multi-ethnic Muslim refugee families there. Each week, we load up buses with adults and students. When we arrive, we play games, chat with the families, read/study together, and always have lots of snacks. As time has passed, more and more families have built authentic friendships that go beyond our programmed time. They now share meals in each other’s homes, explore the city of Atlanta together, and talk about what it really means to follow God with our whole hears.
