The Generation Salaam movement began as part of Grace Fellowship, a local evangelical church in Snellville, GA, after September 11, 2001. Like most Americans, we were violently awakened not only to the Muslim presence in America but also to the deep animosity that existed between many Christians and Muslims. As a result, we consulted our Bibles, began to meet the Muslims in Atlanta, and have now seen wonderful relationships flourish not only in Atlanta but around the US and the world.
